Our 10 Step Process

I have worked alongside my dedicated team of formally educated architects, designers, and expert crafts and trades people to manage the interior design process from conception to white-glove final installation. 


Initial Meeting

After a brief telephone conversation or email exchange, our initial meeting takes place in our office, which is optimized to walk you through our well-defined business process. This meeting is an important one, as it allows both parties to determine if there is a good fit.


Site Visit

You talk, we listen. This is your opportunity to walk us through your home and share your vision and your budget. We encourage you to share tear sheets or electronic mood boards with us (if you have them and feel they will help articulate your vision). Be prepared, we will take photos, lots and lots of photos, it’ll be a long visit, as we also need to measure.



We take on projects of all different shapes and sizes.  Once we establish your budget, we’ll respect it from start to finish.  We’ll make your journey as comfortable as we can!



This is where we conjure the many ways in which to make your dreams come true.  And where, as a team, we develop multiple concepts, for you to choose from.


Initial Presentation

Voila! Here are our thoughts! Did we hit it out of the park? Close? This is where you will pick and choose the elements of our boards that most appeal and the elements that will lay the foundation for your new home. This is when your project first starts to come to life. This is the exciting part!


Contractor Site Visit

This is a full team meeting attended by our General Contractor, Structural Engineer (if necessary) and any other essential trades. From this meeting, we draw up detailed specifications for quoting.


Refined Design Plan

We use data aggregated from all visits and interested parties to provide detailed material boards, scaled floor plans, lighting plans & room elevations and schedules. Additionally, we prepare furniture and furnishings specifications along with granular goods and services budgets. 


Work Scheduled

Once client signs off on the above and provides a deposit to secure contractor time, product purchasing begins.


Project Management

We manage the project so you don’t have to. We schedule and manage through every phase of the project..
